Once an order has been placed, it can unfortunately no longer be canceled or changed / adjusted. We ask for your understanding as our processes from order to shipment are all automated. Our customer service will make every effort to process your request as quickly as possible, unfortunately it may be that your order has already been shipped before we have seen your request.
Currently we accept only one payment method per order.
If you have received an email from us informing you about the cancellation of your order, it means in most cases that your ordered item is no longer available. We apologize for this error and ask for your understanding. An incorrect stock count or stock update are among the most common reasons why your order was rejected.
You can still place a new order but with a different item. We would be glad to receive your order.
ANDREW & COLE accepts the following methods of payment for online purchases:

- TWINT
When placing an order, your billing address must match the information on file for your payment method. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution.

The environment is very close to our hearts for this reason we follow a strict sustainability strategy. All packaging is uncoated and thus fully recyclable. In addition, the use of printing inks is reduced due to the lower color of the packaging. The paper and cardboard come from sustainably managed forests or recycled paper as well as cardboard
We have optimized our packaging for e-commerce by eliminating plastic when shipping our products and using biodegradable packaging materials instead.
Our highest priority is sustainability, this means we only produce items that are made with sustainable materials with low environmental impact and sustainable manufacturing processes for our collections. At the same time we pay attention that we can guarantee the highest quality.
ANDREW & COLE takes care that the disposable plastics such as the "polybags" (plastic bags in which our articles are packed) are as degradable as possible and are made from biological raw materials.
ANDREW & COLE products have been produced with a life span of 5 years. Should a seam come loose or the zipper stop working on your ordered item. Contact us and we will take the necessary steps.

If your desired item or a certain size is no longer available on ANDREW & COLE, it indicates that the missing size is in production and will be delivered later. Or the product is no longer offered.

If a product is ordered as a pre-order and is marked "Available in 2 to 4 weeks", it will be available for immediate purchase but will not ship for 2 to 4 weeks. Please note the estimated delivery date displayed on the product description page and during the checkout process.

In keeping with our mission for responsible sourcing, we relentlessly seek out more sustainable materials and manufacturing processes to develop products that have less impact on the environment while still meeting our high standards for workmanship and quality.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Gifts purchased on ANDREW & COLE can only be exchanged. However, refunds are excluded.
How to exchange an item by shipping service provider:
- Contact our Return Portal to begin an exchange process.
- Once the exchange is approved, your prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you.
- Pack the items in the original packaging, including accessories, instruction manual, labels and return tags provided. Please note that your item must be in new condition and the protective packaging (if any) must still be intact.
- Print the prepaid shipping label and attach it to the shipment. Arrange for pickup by contacting the shipping carrier directly at the number in the return request email or on the return thank you page that appears after you complete the online return process.
- All returns sent with the prepaid shipping label will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that ANDREW & COLE is not responsible for merchandise returned via an alternate shipping carrier. We recommend using the prepaid label. Please contact us if for any reason you have not received your prepaid shipping label or cannot locate it.
- Once received in the warehouse, items sent in for exchange will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that items not meeting the terms of our return policy will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your return is complete. Please note that all shipping costs incurred during purchase are non-refundable.
For orders paid via PayPal, items can only be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value. If you exchange an item for an item of lesser value, you will receive a partial refund through your PayPal account.
For exchanges of items with a lower value for which payment has been made by wire transfer, a refund will be arranged for the price difference. For exchanged items with a higher value than the original purchase price, ANDREW & COLE will request a difference payment by credit card.

Enter your email addresses and the order number. (Note that only the order number originally received on your order confirmation email will be recognized by our system).
After that, please follow the steps online. If you have not received a return confirmation from us immediately, it is because we need to verify the return request.
Pack your item in its original packaging first, including all accessories, instructions, labels and return tags.
Return by courier:
1. Print your prepaid return label. You will receive the label by email.
2. Remove the original shipping label and apply the new label.
3. Book your drop off by contacting the courier by phone or online. Or drop off at a drop off point.
Please note:
- All returns must be accepted by customers.
- Please remember that your items must be in new condition and the protective packaging (if any) must still be intact.
Returns sent to the warehouse via shipping service provider will be processed within 14 business days of receipt. Upon completion of your return, you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Additional fees are not refundable.
Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Returns can be made within 30 days from the date of delivery by sending your item via shipping carrier to the address provided on the return label.
Returned merchandise must meet the requirements below in order for you to receive a refund:
- All items must be in original condition and all original tags must be attached.
- Worn, used, altered or damaged merchandise will not be accepted.
- Return of items with a return tag attached will only be accepted if the tag has not been removed.
- For hygienic reasons, you should wear swimwear, over your own clothes when trying it on.
Delivery information, including the delivery address, cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
Please note that shipping and delivery information for orders paid via PayPal cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
At this time, we can only ship shipments to one address per order. To have items shipped to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
Once your ordered items have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link from the shipping provider where you can track your order.
For security reasons, an adult signature is required for delivery. If you can not be on site to confirm receipt of your package by signature, we ask you to do this online at the courier service.
Orders cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box address.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and further details about the delivery. ANDREW & COLE will not be responsible for any unforeseen delays beyond ANDREW & COLE's control.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Delivery is made Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00 or you can adjust the delivery time at any time via the page of the courier as you wish. For this you need to visit the website with courier where your order is on the way and enter your tracking number in the search box.
